මෙම භාවිතා කරන ලද කොන්ඩම් බාල්දි හමුවූයේ රුහුණු විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ ශිෂ්‍ය සංගම් කාමරයක් තුල තිබී බවද විශ්ව විද්‍යාල කුලපතිවරයා වැඩිදුරටත් මාධ්‍යයට පවසනවා.

රුහුණු සරසවියේ මෙම කොන්ඩම් හමුවූ ප්‍රදේශයේ වසර පහලොවක් තිස්සේ කිසිම ආචාර්යවරයෙක් කුලපතිවරයෙක් නැතැයිද කී ඔහු තමන් එය වෙනස් කරමින් එම ප‍්‍රදේශය නිදහස් කල බව ද කියා සිටී. එම තහනම් කලාපයන් තුළ ඉතා අමානුෂික ලෙස නවකවදය දී ඇති බවද පැවසූ කුලපතිවරයා නවක සිසු සිසුවියන්ව බලහත්කාරයෙන් උද්ඝෝෂණ සඳහා සහභාගි කරවා ගෙන ඇතැයිද සඳහන් කලේය.

මේ අතර වදකාගාර කාමර විශ්වවිද්‍යාල තුළ සකසා ගනිමින් ලිංගික වදහිංසාවට සිසු සිසුවියන් ලක් කරන බවත් මේ සියලු තොරතුරු තමා සොයා ගෙන ඇති බවත් සඳහන් කළේය. එම ස්ථානයන්හී යකඩ දොරගුළු දමා තිබු තැන් කැඩු බවද උපකුලපතිවරයා පවසනවා.

රුහුණු සරසවියේ අති භයානක ලෙස නවකවදය ක්‍රියාත්මක වන බවත් උපකුලපතිවරයා හෙළි කර සිටියා. එහිදි ලිංගික හිරිහැර මෙන්ම ශාරීරික පහර දීම්ද රුහුණු විශ්ව විද්‍යාල පරිශ්‍රය තුල සිදු කෙරෙන බවත් තමන් විසින් එම ක්‍රියා නවතා දැමීමට උපරිම උත්සාහ කරමින් සිටිනා බවත් රුහුණු විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේ උපකුලපතිවරයා පවසනවා.
