tech lead pressure කරන එක කරන්නේ මචං උද ඉන්න සෙට් එක. අනික pressure නැත්නම් එක development company එකක් නෙවෙයි. එක තමයි මචං development එකේ ස්වභාවය.

අනික ලොකු ම කතා වැඩේ, estimate time එක දෙන්න ඕනේ උද ඉන්න උන් නෙවෙයි වැඩ කරන උන් නේ.. එක කොහොමද උන් තීරණය කරන්නේ... එක මහා පල වැඩක්. මචං ඔකේ පඩි හොදයිද. වැඩ කරන වෙලාව කොහොමද....
