I have installed window 8 on my laptop but the problem is it never go in to sleep when i click it what happen is screen got off and laptop does not stop.

I think FAST START-UP causes some diver instability
(Manual Restart bypasses all new windows fast startup feature so we can clearly identify the real issue)
