Take a look here for basic understanding of cell phone technology. All cell phone calls you or make use same frequency band(range of frequencies). Frequency on which the call is received has nothing to do with which number is calling you.
There is some research going on about the dangers of radiation emitted by cell phone. A working cell phone close to your ears is like having a 1 or 2 Watts microwave oven close to your ears (by comparison the microwave in your kitchen is about 1500 Watts).
People who start chain mails and sms like this get a kick out of touching so many peoples’ lives and exerting control over people, even if it means spreading lies and misinformation.
