මචං අපේ ගෙයක් තියෙනවා සිංහරාජේ කිට්ටුව තැනක. අලුතෙන් හදපු ගෙයක්.. දැනට වහලා දාල තියෙන්නේ.. ගේ තියෙන පරිසරේ ගොඩක් ලස්සනයි...මට පොඩි අදහසක් තියෙනවා මේක tourism වලට සම්බන්ද මොනවහරි දේකට යොදවන්න නිකන් වහලා දාල තියෙනවට වඩා..

Cottage (Villa) වගේ දෙයක් පටන් ගන්න තියෙනවා නම් හොඳයි.. සති අන්තෙක පොඩි නිවාඩුවකට ගමක නිදහස් තැනකට ගිහින් එන්න කැමති කෙනෙක්ට මේක කියාපු තැන.. කැමති නම් කැලේ බලන්න යන්න පුළුවන්.. ගේ තියෙන්නේ ගිං ගඟේ අතු ගංගාවක් කිට්ටුව කඳු ගැටයක් උඩ . කැමති නම් ගඟේ නාන්න පුළුවන්... ගමේ කෑම ටිකක් කාලා.. රා පොඩ්ඩක් බීලා නිදහසේ දවසක් දෙකක් ඉඳලා එන්න පුළුවන් විදිහේ තැනක්...

වැඩේ තියෙන්නේ මේ ෆීල්ඩ් එක ගැන මට ලොකු දැනුමක් නැහැ.. මම දැනට ඉන්නේ IT ෆීල්ඩ් එකේ.. මේ වැඩේ පටන් ගන්න කලින් මේ ගැන දන්නා අයගෙන් මට පොඩි උපදෙස් ටිකක් ඕන... මේ වගේ තැන් වල ට්‍රිප් යන අයගෙනුයි ( මේ වගේ තැනකදී බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන දේවල් ) / මේ බිස්නස් එකේ ඉන්න අයයි ( වැඩේ පටන් ගනිද්දී හිතන්න ඕන දේවල් ) තමන්ගේ අදහස් කියලා පොඩි හෙල්ප් එකක් දෙන්න ...

Just renovate it and put some bunker beds , find a care taker . make a BBQ gril . if you can make a small pool . add some carom boards and stuff . TV . start a website and promote . Do FB advertising .

Do a background check before giving to ppl . some people do pils party or orgy nights will be disturb for other people . just rent for reputable teams . create your own service agreement. Always be strong dont be a punctual with customers. Take the half of the money before booking rest end of the day before leave . Your care taker should be a good cook . Its a good business . seems like your location can attract more people
