Please suggest me a laptop

I am looking to buy a business/office laptop.

My Requirements
========================
At least 120GB SSD
16GB RAM (should not be soldered <- upgradable)
Ryzen 5 or Core i5 (quad core)
1920*1080 IPS display (anti glare)
Hard Drive not required

I will be using the keyboard and touchpad all the time (not external ones), so the keyboard / touchpad needs to be good
Onboard graphics is good enough
Need at-least 6 hours wi-fi web browsing battery life.

The build quality should be business grade. (Like HP probook, hope to use this laptop for atleast 5 years)

Ticks all the requirements + 1TB HDD as well

or you can check Lenovo Ideapad. Much portable compared to Vivobook but 14" screen.

Vivobook mage personal laptop eka. Using it since 2018 Jun. Battery is still running great.
Ideapad is office given one. Only con is smaller screen. But not a problem for me as I'm always using it with a monitor.
For me both are ok. But I prefer Lenovo one due to the small form factor.

Redline had some Lenovo stock. Check EPSI for Asus.

Vivobook gave me around 5-6 hrs with movies + everyday work and usual stuff. Now I think it lasts not more than 4 hrs. Thing is I always use it connected to the power. So can't guess the exact time.
Ideapad runs linux. It gives me usually 8 hrs with coding stuff + general browsing. Again , I'm using it always connected to the power. This measurement was taken at a time when I forgot to attach the power code
