Virtusa is still a great label to have on your CV.

They were never the best in terms of compensation for an average employee. And they will never be. The volume of average employees in Virtusa is simply too large for them to compete with other smaller companies on compensation/benefits.

If you have a special profile, the story is different in Virtusa.
