It seems that they no longer accept bookings from Booking.com
"We’re sorry, but this property isn’t taking reservations on our site right now. Don’t worry, you can find tons of other nearby properties right here."

Usually Booking.com takes immediate action if you directly complain to them. I will mention what happened to me in Brazil.

I am Genius Level 3 member, a few years ago I booked a nice 3 br beachfront apartment in Copacabana - Brazil. The day we arrived we stayed at Centro Hotel in City Central itself. From the next day onwards for four days we booked this apartment as it's just opposite to main Copacabana beach and it had a full kitchen.

We got there in the afternoon and found that it did not match the description & the photos, The windows were broken, dusty, blinds fallen down, only one air-conditioner worked with two broken, Wi-Fi out of action.
Fortunately it was manged by a real estate company (that's where I collected the keys from in the morning), I called them and a guy came in within 30 mins. Told him that please refund us in full and we will just check-in into a hotel nearby. The very next door was a hotel, they had rooms and offered us a good deal too.
He said they manage about 100 vacation rentals and gave us another 4 br unit in the same building on the ground floor which was in perfect condition. It was recently being renovated, all new A/C units, new kitchen and bathrooms. These are usually for long term rentals, owned by another landlord but he said we can stay for our 4 nights. He also helped us to move our baggages to the new premises.

I wrote to Booking.com that night with some photos, and the very next day they removed the listing and sent me a mail indicating that they blacklisted the owner and the listing for life.
They also Refunded me about $100.00 for the inconvenience.
