Appointing a less educated fool as governor of CB so they can continue corruption could lead to an economic crisis. Not because they stole all the money but because the whole system is running on one intention which is corruption. Numbers can't show it. Good governance (යහපාලනය - මෛත්‍රීගෙ එක නෙමෙයි) is the ultimate solution for everything. Corruption and a good economy at once is not a thing. There's no country in the world like that.

Political henchman is one problem. The other big problem is the big public sector with many institutions.
So in previously more than 400 state institutions are selected for restructuring

once restructured a government institution, problem with political henchmen will be reduced.
