Thereafter,depending on the immune status & the treatment,the person can survive another 3-5 years with the disease until he dies of diseased like TB,Meningits of small cancers,Pneuminia eyc... which spread without any problem in the body woth a weakened immune system
So as per the common misconception,Its not HIV virus which kills an infected person,but its other infections which cause death brought about by Acute Immuno Deficiencey Syndrome(AIDS) caused by Human Immunodeficiency Virus(HIV)".....
