Adding Music Tracks to the Site

Can any one add a music tracks to this site??? If so what are steps that I should follow???? Are there any rules to follow??? Also can I share the music tracks which I like with others????

if you have anyhthing to add to our download section.. please go to some sharing software like megaupload.com or yousendit.com and upload the song and pm me the link. ill upload it ..

do not add Illegal tracks or anything.. we are not helping to put illegal tracks...
