Yesterday night, I heard the sound of an air craft in my home area.
Then I carefully listen to it. I heard this sound about 4 times with a time gap of about 3 minutes.
Then I called 116.
Oh my god, I called it 5 times, no one answered.
Only in the sixth time they answered the phone. Then I told about it.
Before I finished explaining, he told "eka ape ekak" and kept the phone.
Then I wander whether I disturbed him by calling about it. May be they have so many other things to do (watching TV, chatting, etc) rather than answering the emergency calls coming to 116.
May be we are doing mistakes by calling them about these.
I remember what Mr. J.R. Jayawardene said "Thamange arakshawa thama thaman bala ganna one".
Same thing is happenning now.
I can remember one EK member said the same thing about 119 number as well.
