How I unlock Nokia N70

I'm gonna to buy a Nokia N70 Country locked phone..So how can i unlock the phone if i buy.If anyone know about Nokia
unlocking software for N70 please give me....Can i buy it or leave without buying...Is anyone unlocked N73 via software ?
