How to arrest a PA system ?

    just heard on the news that the police has cleared out a protest and that the police has arrested ( අත් අඩ්ංගුවට ගෙන ) a PA system used by the protesters.

    I'm wondering how you arrest a PA system. Do you put handcuffs on it at march it to the jeep ? :P
