What you will be doing
1. Provide End user/Customer support and added IT tasks
2. Coordinating with external vendors who provide maintenance and support services for System software applications
3. Provide information and decision criteria to Management to meet organization's objectives
4. Document common issues and resolutions for submission to our knowledge base
What you need to have
1. BSc Degree or HND in Information Technology or equivalent qualification ,.from a recognized institute
2. Strong interpersonal skills in listening, problem solving, assertiveness, decision making and negotiation Skills
3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment
4. A great Team player willing to learn new technologies with a can-do attitude
5. Experience in the Financial Market Domain will be an advantage
6. Excellent Communication skills in Sinhala, English, Tamil will be an added advantage
7. Minimum of 2 Years overall IT and Systems Support Experience
