MSDict Viewer Java v2.71 for any phone
Get any of the Mobile Systems MSDict java dictionaries, including
* Concise Oxford English Dictionary (and Thesaurus)
* Concise Oxford American Dictionary (and Thesaurus)
* Concise Oxford Spanish Dictionary
* Oxford Concise Medical Dictionary
* Concise Oxford-Hachette French Dictionary
* Concise Oxford-Duden German Dictionary
* Collins English Dictionary Complete & Unabridged
etc., onto your java enabled (ie. not only Sony Ericsson, but also most Nokia, Pocket PC, other Smartphones) phone:
* get the dictionary of your choice from hxxp://mobisystems.com/platform.html?p=10 > more info (make sure version is 2.71, otherwise it won't work) > download > type: .zip, fill in any (fake) contact information, download. the dictionary includes the viewer.
* from the .zip, extract the .jar, eg. OxfordConciseEnglishAndThesaurus.jar (not _wireless.jar)
* open the extracted .jar with winzip, winrar, 7zip, total commander, or similar
* overwrite bo.class (3825 bytes) in the .jar with the one provided. in winzip, winrar, 7zip this works by dragging-and-dropping the downloaded bo.class into the archiv window.
* install the modified .jar (without .jad) on your phone
