Go to the section that starts with "Block payments from users who:" Find "Block payments from anyone using the "send money" tab." and before playing a tournament, make sure it is set to "NO"ඒත් paypal වල interface වෙනස් කරලා නිසා Selling Tools කියන එක මට හොයාගන්න විදියක් නෑ.paypal help center එකට message එකක් දාන්න විදියකුත් නෑ.මොකද කරන්නේ??
