Guy's I need Some Info about the procedure of a Registration Of a Vehicle
I mean When Buying a Brand New Or Un reg. Car,
can any one tell me what is the procedure ,

when u chose a car/van then after what happens Until the Vehicle is Reg. to You.

Unreg. so how?.. when u buy the car does the ppl who sell it ( Eg: AMW, or toyota ) give some documents or do they reg. it under our name?..

and when we buy the car/van can it be taken home as i've heard that u cant take out a vehi. with out a insurance.. so when we are buyin it there is no such thing ne

or do they provide any document telling that it's ok until we take the insurance and reg. it?..

as i know machan, if ur buying an unregistered vehicle......or brand new...the company that ur purchasing the vehicle should register and give the vehicle to u....

as what is the use if u purchase an 5mil car and u cant drive it in the road without proper documents.

they will charge u for registration.....!!

yes according to law you can drive vehicle with garage number from port to car sale only.
when you going to buy unregistered vehicle ask car sale or company tothey can do registration

so they will ask you want special number(Wp ZX 7777) or normal number and pay the amount they will do it for you

hard way you have to go to RMV and wait in ques and do

when you buy second hand vehicle you have to get sign from owner for transition of vehicle to your name for that go to RMV and ask for that form

yes this is the red color plate ur talking i think, this is the car sale plates.....each car sale have there own plates, that they can use to travel around (Eg: from port to there car sale)

for an several days u can drive the car with engine no's & the chassis no written along with the temporary insurance untill u make an insurance and vehicle license.

but if cops catch u they might keep ur license and ask u to fix all the necessery things and show to they. for this they cannot charge u or give u an dadakolayak....!!!

If you are buying a brand new vehicle then it won't be much of a problem since the Agents will do the registration for you. They might even get your Revenue License too.
One thing to remember though is after registration The Number Plates take some time to come out. So you'll have to wait abt a week to get the Plates.
