Downloaded utorrent latest version from the original site
checked exe with bitdefender > no problem
installed > no trojans detected by bitdefender

i think its a misunderstood by your antivirus when utorrent creates a autorun startup function. (your antivirus thinks autorun startup functions are typically created by trojans )
