Jst found it.. Loks preety cool just follow these steps

-Download (Obviously) Click Here
-Get the password that is on the page, it is: vlm
-Extract the file “msgres.dll” to any folder.
-Copy and paste it to the Windows Live Messenger program folder.
-When it says if you want to replace the original, you must accept.
-That’s all

If you want to return to the original:

-Backup the old one.
or
-Download and repair your WlMessenger, this wont change any configuration of yours.

Now, this skin is only for WLMessenger 8.0.812; you can check it at , if you don’t have this version, download it from http://messenger.live.com

I will rather stick with the default one, even if I could get it to work. But that's just me.
