But the sad part is that we cannot take legal action against this(from what I got to know). There should be something that we can do.

Dont worry guys, every1 knows .com tLDs can be registered freely and anyone can put their own ideas. So they never count. In US presidential election this really happened. They use it as a method to put fake things about the other party.
So if it's a .LK domain then we should care.. if not who cares...
Other thing it says Tamil Canada or something so visitors can see it's not a SL Army site. So not much of a problem as i see.
