I can understand the use of ABS, but what you have said above is controversial

1. You have taken the car away from the road and breaks

2. Turn the car with the breaks

two different situations with different out comes

You missed the point mate. Most importantly I had a vehicle that could keep me safe despite the rest of the drivers trying to kill me. That's the most important things. Why, we are all humans. We make mistakes. That's why these safety parameters are in place.
