Anura is the man of the moment, and it seems that most of the high class and (actually the ones who think they are high class. I have few friends like this ) are butthurt because he is from an average background. You can see them sharing “Thank you Mr.President” posts. (Mr.President my ass. I’m sure that AKD has the capacity to drive this country to a better political culture. Thats it. Thats why people elected him. We don’t need a president who just speaks fluent English, looks cool in a suit and have a classy wife. We need someone who understand the real issues of Sri Lankan people. With time, new faces will come in and lets hope together they will be able to make SL great.
