AI moderation for Elakiri

[SK29]

Given the boom of AI we can set up a AI moderator(with human review).

• AI moderators can detect hate comments(Sinhala, English, Tamil or Singlish)
• AI moderators can detect bad words
• AI moderators can detect unnecessary repeated comments
• Can give a warning to the users
• Users can contact it the usual way.(by typing AI moderator's username with the @ sign or by sending DMs.)
• It can detect when someone deliberately respond outside the context of the thread
• If users need to continue hate comments, bad words we can limit the AI moderation to certain thread categories. So users can still fight like before in certain thread categories while other categories are moderated

Human review can be done on rotation.(Like 2 human reviewers per week) Volunteers can sign up for human reviewing.
