You take France for example(country renowned for human rights), a boy of 11 years can be prosecuted in the same way as adults for the same crime. It's true that you get juvenile prisons ( as quoted by Sri Lion), but still , it's a prison. The separation was done mainly for security and psychological therapy purposes. .
You contradict your poor self there. First you say it's a prison. Then you say it for psychotherapy. Then you say it's out of contenxt and then it's same as an adult. Poor show

As for Aisha, This is not a question of giving will for sex only, rather a complete marriage contract, which is different from a playboy style scenario
Sorry, once again beating round the bush. I am
explicitly worried on the particular aspect, which is the most important aspect of a marriage. You did not justify Muhammed bonking a child.

Yes, at that socio-cultural environment, a nine year old girl with menses was no longer a child. Must get into the context to understand.
That means, quran is applicable only to that ancient socio-cultural environment? If that's the case Every Quran should be put to the museum. Now you can't apply some of Quran to 6 century AD and others to today. Because Quran gives no indications which one is still applicable todays.
