in islam there is no any age mentioned that at what age a girl or bot should marry.there are two things consider.
Mental maturity and pyhsical maturity.

I thought the mummies were as small as us. Anyway, if you say they were so big and strong then, with a long life expectancy, and reduced to what we are today, you are describing evolution at a rapid pace.

No, I can judge. Because I beleive that there is a thing called puberty, which is not a cultural construct, where a human being reaches physical sexual maturity. And for the overwhelming number of girls this age is 13-14. A girls body, especially her labia and ovaries, is not fully developed until then. Sexual relations with a pre-pubescent girl is physically traumatic to her.
