To improve performance when navigating (studies show that 39% of all page navigations are renavigations to pages visited less than 10 pages ago, usually using the back button), Firefox implements a Back-Forward cache that retains the rendered document for the last five session history entries for each tab.
This is a lot of data. If you have a lot of tabs, Firefox’s RAM memory usage can climb dramatically. It’s a trade-off. What you get out of it is faster performance as you navigate the web.
Now a lot of us have found the ’secrets’ on how to manipulate settings in “about:config” to drop the memory usage as long as possible and to increase the speed at which Firefox loads sites. Read on to find out how to do this.
Remember: Firefox (download it here) is the best internet browser available (in my opinion), and these tweaks below will make it even greater and faster. So enjoy!

Reduce the amount of RAM Firefox uses for it’s cache feature

Here’s how to do it:
1. Type “about:config” (no quotes) in the adress bar in the browser.
2. Find “browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewer”
3. Set it’s value to “0“;(Zero)​

Increase the Speed in Which Firefox loads pages

1. Type “about:config” into the address bar and hit Enter.
(Normally the browser will make one request to a web page at a time. When you enable pipeliningit will make several at once, which really speeds up page loading.)
2. Alter the entries as follows:
Set “network.http.pipelining” to “true”
Set “network.http.proxy.pipelining” to “true”
Set “network.http.pipelining.maxrequests” to some number like 10.
This means it will make 10 requests at once.
3. Lastly, right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it “nglayout.initialpaint.delay” and set its value to “0“;.(Zero)
This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives. If you’re using a broadband connection you’ll load pages faster now.
Optionally (for even faster web browsing) here are some more options for your about:config (you might have to create some of these entries by Right Click –> New– > Interger or String
network.dns.disableIPv6: set “false”
“content.notify.backoffcount”: set “5“; (Five)
“plugin.expose_full_path”: set “true”.
“ui.submenuDelay”: set “0; (zero)​

Reduce RAM usage to 10mb when Firefox is minimized:

This little hack will drop Firefox’s RAM usage down to 10 Mb when minimized:
1. Open Firefox and go to the Address Bar. Type in about:config and then press Enter.
2. Right Click in the page and select New -> Boolean.
3. In the box that pops up enter “config.trim_on_minimize”. Press Enter.
4. Now select True and then press Enter.
5. Restart Firefox.
These simple tweaks will make your web browsing with Mozilla Firefox 2-3 times faster and easier. And I think they are fairly easy to apply. Enjoy!​

Make Windows XP Boot-Up Faster With A Quick Registry Hack

​

Let’s get straight to the point. This Windows XP registry tweak will make your system boot much faster. How much?
I can not say exactly how much faster, since it all depends on your computer specifications (processor, RAM, hard-drive and stuff like that…), but from my experience, this tweak decreased the time to boot-up for about 9-10 seconds.
Now you see how great this registry tweak is and it will get even better when you see how simple it is to apply. I will do my best to show you step-by-step and make it plain simple and of course with screenshots included.

How to make Windows XP start faster:

1. Click on “Start” on the taskbar.
2. Click “Run” located in the start menu.​

3. Then in the “Run” panel, type: “regedit” without the quotation marks. (that will open up the Windows registry editor)
4. Then click on “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” and expand it.

5. Then click on “SYSTEM” and expand it.
6. Then scroll down, and expand “CurrentControlSet”.
7. Under that, expand “Control”.
8. Then, under that one, locate and click on “ContentIndex”. (so when you click on it, it needs to be highlighted and it’s options need to show up in the right panel of Windows XP Registry Editor)
So to sum up, here’s where you need to navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ ContentIndex

Let’s continue… You have just 6 more steps until the finish line!
9. When you have clicked on “ContentIndex” and it is highlighted and you see the options and parameters on the right side of the panel… Among those, you need to scroll all the way to the bottom and find the Registry key named “StartupDelay”.
10. Double-click on it and a new window panel will pop-up.
11. The new window has a field to enter value (and a default value entered already). But before you change the value, you need to change the base from Hexadecimal to Decimal. Take a look at the screenshot below to see what I am talking about:

Now when you change it to Decimal, it displays a different value (480000 instead of 75300).
12. So now, all you need to do is change the value from “480000” to “40000” (forty thousand)
Many people ask me if they can change it to an even smaller value than 40000, but I would not recommend doing that. I tested it and it doesn’t work. I did not feel any difference in boot-up time when I change it to value less than 40000 (and no, you can’t put 0 either).
13. After you’ve completed all the steps above, click “OK” and close the Registry Editor.
And one just one little thing you need to do to finish all this registry tweaking…
14. Restart your computer.
Now you can notice big difference in time that your system takes to boot-up.

4. Once you have uploaded all the three files to web hosting server now you have to send these to your victim. This is the most important step regarding smart phishing technique.

Now You have to edit this mail. Open this email and click on forward now you will see this email in editable mode now remove the forwarded headers etc and forward from Header.
Remember your Name in Gmail must be Facebook and email account should be like [email protected] etc... Now you have to put the Fake link of index.html file that u have got after uploading on the Web hosting server in place of Two exploit points. Remember always put link in href and original text should be as such. And also try to keep the link as much as closer to facebook original link.


Similarly you can use JOIN This Group on Facebook sample mail and Watch this video on Facebook in the similar fashion i have told you.



5. Now After sending phisher to victim, once the user logs in to his Facebook account using your Phisher, his user ID and password are ours..And these are stored in passes.txt What you have to do is just refresh your Web hosting account files.

Restarting Windows without Restarting the Computer:

When you click on the SHUTDOWN button, make sure to simultaneous press SHIFT Button. If you hold the Shift key down while clicking on SHUTDOWN button, you computer would restart without restarting the Computer. This is equivalent to term "HOT REBOOT".

Clean up the “open with” Menu


When you right-click a file, you see the menu option “Open With”, which provides a list of programs for you to open the file with. You can clean up the Open With list by using a Registry hack. Run the Registry Editor (Start Run Regedit) and go to the key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer \FileExts.

Look for the file extension whose Open With list you want to edit and find its OpenWithList sub key. The sub key will have an alphabetical list of String values. Open each value and examine the value data. It will be the
name of one of the programs on the Open With list. Delete any entry you don't want to appear. Don't delete the value data; delete the String value listing. In other words, if the value data for the String value is Winword.exe, delete the entire string rather than just the value data. Exit the Registry.
