This is one of many definitions of free will. I'm not familiar with this one. But according to materialistic view, the free will is defined as " In absence of OPPOSITION " - "Leviathan". This definition clearly violates previous one. I'm not a materialist but this is a very compelling argument...

Dude just think about it. If those stories were written in an ancient book people would definitely believe in it. Still there is not much difference in religious books and this tv series. Both has good and evil, heaven and hell, angels and demons, a prophet, people resurrected from death by god...
