    So you just want to do cardio and loose weight right?I don't think it's possible to go below 2000.There are cheap places.But why don't you buy some cardio machine and do it at home.You can buy one for like 15000.If you want to loose weight you have to do cardio at gym at least 3 days per week...

    It can be anyhtin bro.I had flickering like yours.I doubt everything like ram mobo psu n all.But after all it was vga card.I had to RMA it.My mouse keyboard all hang like yours after 5-10 min gameplay.
