    Found the reason what prevents the device getting rooted. This has a NAND lock. We have to break that inorder to root. I will update here my progress.

    I have the same problem and I tried to root it in different ways. The first thing that you have to do is finding the ADB drivers. For this purpose you can use any adb driver compatible with MSM7627a chipset. I used ZTE drivers and also you can use Google stock driver. Tried Rooting it with SRS...
