    7200RPM 1 or 2 TB Drives 7200RPM 1 or 2 TB is not so bad. In fact they are marginally faster than lower capacity once. It doesn't consume more power either. It just have more space to store data. I know this because I have been using two 1TB (Seagate) drives 15 months. So far no problem...
