swimming is easier and better :)
overall you need to exercise, and reduce your food intake.....do it in moderation, and slowly, otherwise you will just return to your old habits.

its not true in any sense.
The only things that will help prevent heart attacks is exercise and a sensible meal
If you get a heart attack call for help, do your first aid and CHEW aspirin.
warm water will not prevent or cure...
