    Not really so Hi CmatN70 As much as I dislike SP s like Dialog, I have to say you are wrong here. SLT is just one of the ISPs with backbone internet links. TO my knowledge, many others have international IP links which are separate from SLT links. And Dialog also happens to be one of them...
