    This is result of investment in education in last 76 years. We can be proud among neighbours in South Asia.That is all.
    This is not a useful statistic any more . Most developed countries have 100% on paper eg Japan
    We are far behind other vital areas such as financial literacy , IT etc
    We have good record on Health as last 76 years lot of investment in this area.
