    3-සරල රේඛීය චලිතය(Rectilinear Motion)
    4-සුමට දෘඪ වස්තුවල සමතුලිතතාව(equilibrium Of Smooth Rigid Bodies)
    5-ඝර්ෂණය(Friction)-New
    6-සාපේක්ෂ චලිතය(Relative Motion)
    7-ප්‍රක්ෂිප්ත(Projectiles)-New
    8-නිව්ටන්ගේ චලිත නියම (Newton’s Laws of Motion)-New

    Pure + Applied = Combined maths (because its both pure and applied combined)

    Higher maths is a separate thing.

    This depend on what do you want to do.

    If you are targeting A/L then engineering, then you have to do combined maths
    If you do Higher maths, then you can't get into any engineering courses, but You can get into physical science and a few other course. AFAIK, unless if you have a specific goal like PHD or joining acadamiya, yous shouldn't do Higher maths.

    ඒ ළමයාගේ goal එක මොකද්ද? If he's into Maths (not just professional goals). I recommend Elementary Number Theory by Burton. This book has nothing to do with any A/L syllabus. This is something that can mold his mind.

    applied කරන්න එපා . Pure කරන ගමන් යන්ත්‍ර විද්‍යාව කරන්න physics වල හොදටම . ඊට පස්සේ applied කරන්න
    හැබයි ඉතින් කොල්ල්ලට් සමීකරණ ගැටළු වගේ දේවල් OL මට්ටම හොදටම පුලුවන් වෙන්න ඕනේ අවු 13දී කරනවා නම් . බාගෙට් OL මට්ටම කරල AL අල්ලන්න එපා

    Passionate කිව්වට සිරාවටම maths වලට passionate උන් පට්ට පොඩ්ඩයි ඉන්නේ. මගේ යාලුවෙක් ඉන්නවා grade 6 වලින් ඉස්කෝලෙ යන එක නවත්තලා maths කරපු. (පොරගෙ තාත්තත් eng or maths ප්‍රොෆෙක්)

    AL syllabus එක කරගෙන ගිහිල්ලා ලොකු තේරුමක් නැහැ. (Ex. Vectors AL වල තියෙන්නේ x y planes වල වෙක්ටර්ස් විතරයි. එතනින් එහාට ගිහින් xyz කරන්න ඕනේ)

    Calculus ඉගෙන ගන්නවානම් differential equations first Principles වලින් derive කරන තැන ඉඳන් ඉගන ගන්න ඕනේ. (AL වල ඒවා හරියට කරන්නේ නැහැ)

    Series matrix functions AL වල හරියට කරන්නේ නැහැ.

    නම්බර් theory, analysis, topology වගේ ඒවත් පොඩි කාලේ ඉඳන් කරන උන් ඉන්නවා.

    Important ම දේ තමයි maths ඔලිම්පියාඩ් වලට සෙට් කරන එක.

    AL වලට target කරනවානම් උඩ ඒවා අදාල නැහැ, passionate කියලා කිව්වා හින්දා කිව්වේ

    Higher maths කරන එක තේරුමක් නැහැ. අවුරුදු 13න් පටන් ගන්න එකෙක්ට අපරාදේ වැඩක්. Stat degrees වාගේකට තමයි higher maths වලින් යන්න පුළුවන් afaik
