i have seen people getting promoted to very high positions without merit but with time they quickly grow into the new position and start doing well for themselves and the organization.
pachaya and his gobba fuckers are the exact opposite .morons are pulling down the organization to their level. There is no sign of humility or willingness to learn or nothing even after 2 years. this just blows my mind.
