If the Government is genuinely concerned about the safety and well being of kids and the people providing their transport, the better approach would be to offer them tax concessions so they can import proper commuter vans / buses and replace these old pieces of junk!.. highly doubt that would ever Happen!... on another note on repairing these Vehicles, not sure folks can afford the current Tax on Genuine Spare parts. due to this substandard crap is imported.
