    gyus, this seems like an advanced workout. if u are new to bodybuilding pls start with a full body workout. don't go for fancy split workouts. they seem promising, but a full body workout will give u better results. and i wudnt recommend this workout even if you have been lifting for sometime...

    yeah.. i agree with u on that fact.. but time is a prob too.. many are working and hardly have time for a 3 days schedule.. so running on the the rest days will be bit of a prob.. BUT once u get used to ur cardio session before the workout, its not much of a deal.. thanks..

    yeahh.. food plays a main role.. many rely on supplements and steroids.. supplements have no magical power in making u muscular.. its just nutrition for those who are busy and unable to take a full balanced meal. there's no good substitution for a good balanced meal with rice, vegetables...
