    basically, call termination is for those overseas calls coming through the internet as VOIP to reach PSTN or mobile networks. so this voice gateway ,PSTN gateway or VOIP gateway, whtever u call it is able forward the calls from one medium to another..

    this is a dead thread..anyway,You need to find a voice gateway for that..thts pretty expensive,and needs a license to use in sri lanka..if u r doin it in legal way. on e otherhand need sum GSM modems,if not use analogue telephone lines..
