    When they start charging from the date of application or from the date of activation? In your case i hope ther will be one month diffrent since you said 3 weeks.

    I applied on 13th June Friday and still mine is not activated. When i call last friday they said yest it is not yet activated and we have informed to relavant Department. This is the first time i'm activating the ADSL and it is Web Family. I live in Dehiwala near the junction.
