    1000 package has a contention ratio of 1:1 where as the 2XXX (Home) package has it as 1:40... So the speed in the 2XXX connection can go hell slow when there are more users in your area! Try at night... the speed may be better cause less users (offices, etc...)... That's the story.... Still...
