    I am not sure about Rathmalana but i know there are many rest houses in Mt. Lavinia. There are few in the hotel road which goes through st. Thomas college and also in Station Road as well as St. Rita's Road... I know them cos i am from mount lavinia... (mama kath ekkawath owata gihin naha hode... )
