    yeah gpedit may always be a good solution for that. but re reminded that this tools is very powerful that if you've switch something wrong you'll be in trouble. I would rather use a tool to do that, windows blims is one of them. Dont know if that the correct name though.

    that may because f1 is not the shortcut key for boot menu. try f2, f10 or f12. I am not sure. Shortcut keys are actually displayed during POST.

    suggest you get 500watts PSU. you check your power requirement here: educations.newegg.com/tool/psucalc/index. html may I also suggest to upgrade your video card << at least 9800 series RAM << at least 4 GB hope it helps
