    what you say is reasonable for gaming but not for using a dedicated vga for graphics etc. :P that won't heat up the mb unnecessarily. or you can even use a cooling pad too. but i agree that a laptop is not for high end gaming.

    i would suggest you sell the laptop and buy parts for the basic pc. then, as you get money you can add extras such as vga, coolers, gaming mouse, sub woofers, extra ram, larger hdd etc., and make it a gaming machine.
