Message: <blockquote data-quote="hirandazec" data-source="post: 17713871" data-attributes="member: 107047"><p>according to the constitution when a new president is sworn in the priminister who was appointed by the former president becomes inaffective, so the new president can appoint a new priminister, he can be any person from the parliment , tha tperson should prove the president that he has the majority support of the MP s in the house,  we will have to wait till the parliment gathers next time   to see wheather ranil has got the majority of the MP s or not,  if he has then he can proceed, if not the speaker can request the president to dissolve the house or to appoint a priminister from the party which has the majority in house.</p></blockquote><p></p>
