If so, it should be a 4R36 movement with hacking, manual winding, day/date etc...Only downside is that the crystal is Hardlex (not Sapphire). Very difficult to get a 42mm Seiko with a sapphire crystal at this price point, so not a big issue. This is a good solid watch for the money i think. 42.5mm case diameter is not small, but may work well for you based on wrist size.There are so many different color/strap/material combinations of this design, so you can shop around.
