Message: <blockquote data-quote="monson" data-source="post: 24313338" data-attributes="member: 30005"><img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/lol.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":lol:" title="LOL    :lol:" data-shortname=":lol:" /><img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/lol.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":lol:" title="LOL    :lol:" data-shortname=":lol:" /><img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/lol.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":lol:" title="LOL    :lol:" data-shortname=":lol:" />මිරිජ්ජවිල තෙල් පිරිපහදුව ඉදිකිරීම් උත්සවයට එක්වීමට ඕමාන් ඛනිජ තෙල් අමාත්‍ය දිවයිනටමිරිජ්ජවිල නව තෙල් පිරිපහදුව ඉදිකිරීම් ආරම්භ කිරීමේ උත්සවයට සහභාගිවීම සඳහා ඕමාන් රජයේ ඛනිජ තෙල් සහ ගෑස් පිලිබඳ අමාත්‍ය ආචාර්ය මොහම්මද් හමාද් අල් රූම් මහතා අද දිවයිනට පැමිණියේය.ගුවන් තොටුපළේ දී ඔහු පිළිගනු ලැබුවේ අමාත්‍ය කබීර් හෂීම් මහතා විසිනි. ඕමාන අමාත්‍යවරයා සමඟ එරට “ඔයිල් රිෆයිනරිස් ඇන්ඩ් ප්‍රෙට්ට්‍රෝලියම් ඉන්ඩස්ට්‍රීස්“ (Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company - <a href="https://www.orpic.om/" target="_blank">Orpic</a>) සමාගමේ ප්‍රධාන විධායක මුසාබ් බින් අබ්දුල්ලා මහතා ද පැමිණ තිබේ.මෙරට තෙල් පිරිපහදු කිරීමේ කාර්යන්හි නිරතවීමට එකඟත්වය පළ කර ඇති ඕ.ආර්.පී.අයි.සී. සමාගම සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම ඕමාන රජයට අයත් සමාගමක්. නියෝජිත පිරිස මෙරට රැදී සිටින කාලය තුළ අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා ඇතුළු මැති-ඇමතිවරු කිහිප දෙනෙකු සමඟ සාකච්ජා පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතයි.ශ්‍රී ලංකා ඉතිහාසයේ දැවැන්තම ආයෝජන ව්‍යාපෘති දෙකක් සඳහා මිරිජ්ජවිල අපනයන සැකසුම් කලාපයේ දී හෙට මුල්ගල තැබේ. එහි ආයෝජන වටිනාකම අමෙරිකානු ඩොලර් බිලියන 3.95 ක්. මේ තුළ සෘජු රැකියා අවස්ථා 10,000 ක් නිර්මාණය වෙ.මිර්ජ්ජවිල අපනයන සැකසුම් කලාපය  2004 වර්ෂයේ ආරම්භ වූයේය. අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා අතින් හෙට මුල්ගල තැබීමට නියමිත තෙල් පිරිපහඳු සංකීර්ණය අක්කර 200 ක භූමි ප්‍රමාණයක් ආවරණය කරමින් ඉදිවේ. දිනකට බැරල් ලක්ෂ 2 ක් නිෂ්පාදනය කෙරේ.හෙට ඉදිකිරිම් ආරම්භ වන සිමෙන්ති නිෂ්පාදන කම්හල අක්කර 64 ක භූමියක් අයත්වේ. ව්‍යාපෘති දෙක ආරම්භ කිරීමෙන් පසු හම්බන්තොට වරාය සහ මත්තල ගුවන් තොටුපළ කාර්යක්ෂමව භාවිත කළ හැකි බව ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලය පවසයි. සිමෙන්ති කර්මාන්ත ශාලාව ඉදිකිරීමත් සමඟ වසරක් තුළ සිමෙන්ති මෙට්‍රික් ටොන් 3.6 ක නිෂ්පාදනයක් අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ. මේ ව්‍යාපෘතියට වසර 5 ක් ගත වේ. පළමු අදියර මාස 18 කින් අවසන් කිරීම රජයේ අපේක්ෂාවයි.මේ අතර, තෙල් පිරිපහදු සංකීර්ණයේ වැඩ කටයුතු මාස 44 කින් අවසන් ‍කිරීමට අපේක්ෂා කෙරෙන අතර සිංගප්පූරු ආයෝජකයකු එ සඳහා ඉදිරිපත්ව සිටි. මේ වනවිට විදුලිය, මාර්ග පහසුකම් ඇතුළු යටිතල පහසුකම් ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා ලබා දී ති‍බේ. මිරිජ්ජවිල අපනයන සැකසුම් කලාපයේ සමස්ථ බිම් ප්‍රමාණය මෙම ව්‍යාපෘති දෙක ක්‍රියාත්මක වීමත් සමඟ අවසන්වේ.   - <a href="https://www.runews.lk/news/item/3313-new-oil-refinery-to-begin-tomorrow" target="_blank">https://www.runews.lk/news/item/3313-new-oil-refinery-to-begin-tomorrow</a>Oman's Oil and Gas Minister Dr. Al Ruhmy arrives in Lanka; Minister to attend ground breaking ceremony of oil refinery in HambantotaDr Mohammed Hamad Al Ruhmy, Minister of Oil & Gas of the Sultanate of Oman was received by Minister Kabir Hashim at the Bandaranayake International Airport a short while ago.Dr. Al-Ruhmy, according to a statement posted on the UNP official twitter handle will be attending the ground-breaking ceremony of the Hambantota oil refinery tomorrow (Mar 24).<img src="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D2VUSChUcAETf-9.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />- <a href="http://www.sundaytimes.lk/article/1079241/omans-oil-and-gas-minister-dr-mohammed-hamad-al-ruhmy-arrives-in-lanka-will-attend-ground-breaking-ceremony-of-oil-refinery" target="_blank">http://www.sundaytimes.lk/article/1079241/omans-oil-and-gas-minister-dr-mohammed-hamad-al-ruhmy-arrives-in-lanka-will-attend-ground-breaking-ceremony-of-oil-refinery</a></blockquote>
