Even if you don't use it to cook, you can reheat in no time.  Get your cook lady to visit you every three to four days and get the cooking done. Keep it in the fridge and reheat using the microwawe. No mess.Else get a neighbour to send you meals and pay. It could be a bit of a problem during Covid times, but I did this for one of my very old distant relative till she passed away. This guy delivered two meals everyday (except the breakfast) and continued to do it till she passed away. I paid him every month and he did a good service. Cooking for yourself might not be the optimal solution.It's time that you think of your future....
