රජය කාර්යක්ෂම කිරිම්වේ මුවාවෙන් කරන මේ ක්‍රියාව රජයේ බර තවත් වැඩි කිරීමක් වන අතර මේ සඳහා වැය වන පිරිවැය සඳහා බදු වැඩි කිරීමක් සිදුවීමට ද නියමිතය.
