So if there was a breach of protocol this can be raised. Normally these things are announced beforehand to the protocol division in embassy. So do not blame MS for lapses on foreign ministry lapses. Have we forgotten that MR was invited to UK to deliver a lecture but was unceremoniously sent back even without a official apology not too long ago. These are issues that should be handled by line ministry(external affairs ministry) and if incompetent people are appointed (by MR) the blame should not go to MS who is at receiving end. We know who messed foreign service, have we forgotten the infamous slap to a diplomat in UK by an MP( who is coordinating foreign ministry) . So, can you expect good and motivated personnel in embassy.</blockquote>
